Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your Cancellation Window

You may cancel any order within three (3) business days of purchase for a refund of USAFE’s service fee, provided substantive work has not yet begun. Where the law of your state provides a longer cancellation period for your purchase, that longer period applies.

Unless you give us legally valid written authorization to begin sooner, USAFE does not begin substantive work or transmit any filing to a government agency until your applicable cancellation period has expired.

2. What Is Refundable

• Before work begins: If you cancel within your cancellation window and substantive work has not started, USAFE’s service fee is refunded.
• After work begins (consulting and preparation services): Any refund is limited to unearned service fees under your signed service agreement. Amounts retained for work already performed will be permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed in that agreement.

3. What Is Not Refundable

Government, agency, testing, courier, and other third-party fees that have already been paid or irrevocably committed on your behalf are not refundable.

Transmitted filings: Once a filing, application, registration, return, or other submission has been transmitted to a government agency or third party, that submitted portion is irreversible and cannot be refunded.

4. How to Cancel

Contact us within your cancellation window by email at info@usafeservices.com or by phone at (702) 988-9990. Include your company name, USDOT number (if any), and order details. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

5. Our Commitment

Every price is shown upfront before you pay, this policy is disclosed before payment, and we will always tell you plainly which portion of your order is refundable and which is not.
