USAFE LLC provides DOT and FMCSA compliance services for carriers and owner-operators ("Users"). We are not a motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder. Our role is solely to provide compliance management tools, filing assistance, and related services to help carriers meet federal and state regulatory requirements.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

Prices for all services are displayed before purchase. You may cancel within the window described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — a minimum of three (3) business days, or longer where required by applicable state law — and USAFE does not begin substantive work or transmit any filing until that window expires unless you provide legally valid written authorization to begin sooner. Government and third-party fees already paid or irrevocably committed, and any filing already transmitted to a government agency, are non-refundable. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of USAFE LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. In no event shall USAFE LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from USAFE LLC. This includes SMS messages for account notifications and customer care regarding your filings, documents, and service requests.
