UCR Annual Registration
$149
Complete your annual Unified Carrier Registration, required for all interstate commercial motor vehicle operators. We handle the filing to keep you compliant.
This website is not affiliated with the Unified Carrier Registration Plan. This website is operated by a private company that provides a private registration service for an additional fee. You are not required to use this site to register with the UCR Plan. You may register directly with the UCR Plan at www.ucr.gov.
Registration Period
UCR registration runs from January 1 - December 31 annually. Registration must be renewed each year before the deadline.
What is UCR?
The Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) is a federally mandated annual registration fee for companies and individuals operating commercial motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce. UCR replaced the former Single State Registration System (SSRS).
2027 registration is open now. See the 2027 UCR fees and the December 31 deadline.
Missed your 2026 UCR?
If you ran interstate in 2026 without registering, you still owe the 2026 UCR. The UCR Plan requires registration for every year you operated, and participating states can fine unregistered carriers at roadside. 2026 can still be filed now, and we can file 2027 at the same time.
Same all-in price as a current-year filing. Pick your fleet size:

- • Vehicle out-of-service orders
- • Delays at weigh stations
- • Potential suspension of operating authority

Cancellations before work begins are handled under our Refund Policy. Once your registration has been transmitted to the government, that portion cannot be reversed or refunded.

2027 UCR Fees
2027 UCR fees range by fleet size; see ucr.gov for the current table.
Our price is all-in: it includes the government UCR fee for your bracket, so there's no separate government-fee invoice.
UCR FAQ
Is the government fee included in the price?
Yes. Our price is all-in: it includes the UCR Plan's fee for your fleet-size bracket plus our filing service. There is no separate government-fee invoice.
When is UCR due?
UCR covers a calendar year, January 1 through December 31. Registration for the next year opens October 1, and participating states can begin roadside enforcement on January 1. 2027 registration opened October 1, 2026, so you should be registered before January 1, 2027.
I never filed my 2026 UCR. Can I still file it?
Yes. The UCR Plan requires registration for every year you operated interstate, so a missed 2026 registration still has to be filed and paid even after 2027 opens. We can file 2026 and 2027 together.
Is USAFE part of the UCR Plan or FMCSA?
No. USAFE Services is a private filing service that helps trucking carriers nationwide with their federal filings. USAFE Services is registered with FMCSA as a Supporting Company, Filer #5191541. We are not affiliated with the UCR Plan. You can also register directly at ucr.gov.
What information do you need from me?
Your USDOT number, legal business name, contact information, and the number of commercial vehicles you operate.
How will I know my registration is done?
We email you a confirmation once your filing is complete. Questions? Call 702-988-9990.
